This release improves connection reliability, troubleshooting, and the live
viewing experience for both standalone cameras and NVRs.

• Makes remote connections more resilient to packet loss by consuming both
  Reolink registry route messages and continuing bounded rendezvous attempts
  until a usable LAN, direct P2P, or relay route is available.
• Adds cached device-health information for supported battery-powered cameras,
  including charge, power, charging, and sleep state.
• Adds privacy-safe support diagnostics and capability caching, making
  connection, media, and feature failures easier to investigate without
  exposing credentials or network addresses.
• Improves reconnect behavior with bounded jitter and network-awareness so
  offline periods do not waste retry attempts or cause synchronized reconnect
  bursts.
• Gives expanded NVR channels the same controls and quality selector as normal
  camera streams while continuing to reuse the existing low-quality grid
  stream whenever possible.
• Fixes duplicate NVR back buttons and makes the NVR Picture in Picture icon
  consistent with individual camera streams.
• Improves internal player and NVR-grid state separation, parser coverage, and
  fuzz targets to reduce regressions as playback and device support expand.
• Changes the source license prospectively to a proprietary license while
  permitting personal, non-commercial use of official unmodified binaries.
  Earlier binary recipients retain any rights already granted with those
  copies.

Homewatch remains an independent client. Device-health queries are read-only,
and local NVR channel visibility, groups, and cached frames do not change the
recorder's own configuration.
